Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 24 hours prior to your DayPass Experience, based on the local time of the partner hotel or resort.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and the same price as the original booking, and can be managed directly through your DayPass account via self-service.
If you cancel within the allowed window, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience (local time), or after check-in, are not eligible for refund.
