Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 24 hours prior to your DayPass Experience, based on the local time of the partner hotel or resort.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and the same price as the original booking, and can be managed directly through your DayPass account via self-service.

  • If you cancel within the allowed window, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience (local time), or after check-in, are not eligible for refund.
