DayPass™ (https://daypass.app) elevates the concept of short-form luxury by offering curated hotel experiences for the day at selected premium establishments worldwide.

A poolside escape at a five-star hotel, a wellness retreat in a high-end spa, or a beachside moment on a private shoreline: each DayPass™ experience delivers a controlled, high-quality journey designed for a single day of leisure or reset.

Founded in 2018 by Alexandre Mayol and Bhaumik Kothari, the DayPass vision originated from a simple observation made in Miami in 2016:

“Before DayPass, accessing a hotel pool without being an overnight guest was unnecessarily complex. You needed personal connections, repeated calls, or unanswered emails. Meanwhile, major platforms were redefining access to premium services. Uber gave anyone a private driver, DoorDash brought exceptional dining home. The demand for an on-demand Country Club experience was obvious,” explains Alexandre Mayol.

DayPass today serves as an efficient bridge between guests seeking exceptional short-format leisure and hoteliers seeking to optimize underutilized spaces, attract new clientele, and diversify revenue with minimal operational friction.

Vision: To open the doors of luxury hotels, private beaches, and exceptional spas to everyone.

3. Key Milestones

2018: Inception of DayPass™, with pilot tests in Miami and Dubai that delivered strong early traction and dozens of bookings within days.

2019: Representation trips and participation in major international tourism events, securing 50 partnerships with notable establishments including St. Regis Miami, Alila Ubud, InterContinental Istanbul, and Nikki Beach Hotel Dubai.

2021: Expansion to 100 partner establishments and entry into the Spanish market, from Marbella to the Balearic Islands.

2022: Launch across Asia, including Singapore, Bangkok, and Bali, alongside the release of the DayPass iOS application, downloaded by more than 150,000 members.

2023: Consolidation of key high-demand destinations, reaching 250 partner establishments.

2024: Strategic alliance with Club Med Americas, expanding offerings across iconic Caribbean destinations.

2025: Growth to more than 20 destinations with openings in Mauritius and the Antilles, the introduction of a multilingual interface, and a refreshed brand identity.

Alexandre Mayol, CEO
With a Master’s in Marketing from EDC Paris, Alexandre built his career at the intersection of luxury hospitality and entrepreneurship. DayPass™ reflects his commitment to elevating short-format leisure through thoughtful technology and high-quality service.

His preferred DayPass experience is the pool at Alila Ubud, immersed in the jungle and offering a quiet, meditative break in nature.

Bhaumik Kothari, CTO
A computer engineering graduate from G. H. Patel College of Engineering and Technology in Vadodara, India, Bhaumik brings deep technical expertise and a passion for building scalable systems. Away from development work, he enjoys trekking in the Indian mountains.
