What Experiences can we sell on the DayPass Platform?
Experiences on DayPass are a daytime leisure and recreation visit at your property (hotel, resort, health club, or spa) that does not require an overnight room or treatment. It is a dated, time-bounded experience that provides guests access to specific amenities and services such as pools, beach clubs, gyms, relaxation areas, and wellness spaces.
What is DayPass?
DayPass is the leading global platform for leisure and recreation day-access experiences.
We operate software applications that let you sell and manage reservations for pool, spa, gym, beach club, and wellness Experiences, offered to travelers and locals.
Our mission is to help properties activate underused amenities while offering exceptional experiences to guests.
How does the DayPass Platform work?
For Properties
The DayPass Platform operates similarly to an OTA model, offering free listing and commission-based revenue.
Technology
Our proprietary DayPass Extranet allows partners to manage inventory, rates, opening/closing settings, blackout dates, and guest options.
On the guest side, the DayPass App and booking engine enable members to reserve experiences at your property in just a few taps, for today, tomorrow, or up to six months ahead.
Your team receives confirmed reservations with guest details and net payment information.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
All Experiences bookings are cancellable and refundable up to 24 hours before the experience date, unless a different policy is shown on your listing.

We are an international, multicultural, multilingual remote team passionate about wellness, hospitality, and technology.
We are independently owned, with advisors across the hospitality and tech sectors.

What happens next?
After signing up your property, a Partner Manager will reach out to confirm your needs and assess whether your offerings are a strong fit for our members.
If aligned, we’ll review your operational process and create a contract for your Experience listing. Your offering can be live within hours.

How do you promote the DayPass App?
We leverage a global community of influencers, content creators, and brand partners to reach travelers and locals.
I don’t want to overload my property.
We share this concern.
Our mission is to help you fill idle amenities without disrupting in-house guests. At higher occupancy, you can reduce or close availability in real time. At lower occupancy, Experiences help generate incremental revenue smoothly and predictably.
Why is my property already listed “for information”?
Our Concierge Team curates publicly available offerings to help guide members worldwide.
If your property appears, it means we identified it as a potential match for our community.
We hope you’ll consider automating Experiences bookings through our platform.
I only see a few locations available.
We hand-pick partners and prioritize quality over quantity.
Our members favor premium and luxury hotels, upscale health clubs, and exceptional spa properties.
Our amenities are reserved for guests and members only!
DayPass is not intended for every property or every market.
However, travelers and locals often seek premium leisure spaces even when not staying at hotels—whether they are visiting family, renting a flat, staying with friends, or traveling for business.
These Experiences allow you to reach these guests without compromising your standards.
What about security, integrity, and privacy?
Members agree to our terms and code of conduct. They must check in with ID and a confirmed booking. We expect guests to be treated as your own - no more, no less.
